All Midi, One Shots And Drum Kits Are 100% Royalty Free Meaning You Don't Have To Split Any Profits Or Credit With Us.

Are the loops / samples in the kits royalty free?

Paid Loops and samples purchased/downloaded on The Loop Cart are are royalty free for leasing on Beatstars, you keep all the profit!

However if a major placement is landed the loop is not royalty free. Advance, publishing & points must be split equally with the loop maker

Free kits and free versions of Loop Kits are NOT royalty free. If uploading through Beatstars sales must be split 50/50 between the loop maker and yourself. All information can be found inside each kits inside the "sample clearnace" folder. Like with the paid loop kits, if a major placement is landed the loop is not royalty free. Advance, publishing & points must be split equally with the loop maker

What is the refund policy?

 All purchases are final. By purchasing, you are agreeing to these terms. The reason we cannot provide a refund is that once a digital good has been downloaded, it cannot be revoked.

Can I use my kit in any DAW?

 Yes! All of our loop kits will work in any DAW.
